Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19

Our factory is up and running and we are working full time to ensure that you receive your Pops during this time. Health regulations have been implemented in our factory, at customs as well as for our carriers. Flights and delivery routes have been altered and some airports and post offices are closed. As a result, deliveries could be be delayed. Our top priority is the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities.

How are we handling delayed shipments?

We’ve updated our tracking system to provide you with a much more detailed view of your package’s journey. Once the order is shipped, you will receive notifications at every step of the delivery process, so you can be sure to know where your Pops are.

We are in regular contact with USPS to ensure a smooth delivery and prevent any major delays. 

USPS and DHL packages can be delayed to the USA between 10 to 20 extra business days from the original shipping method you choose. 

What shipment sanitation measures are being taken?

Extra health care regulations have been implemented at all the touching points your package has to go through in order to ensure a safe and successful delivery. The necessary distance and sanitation has been installed at our factory and our carriers are delivering the packages with care and caution. Your package is therefore spending longer periods of time at customs.

This process is obligatory at this time.

Our delivery partners USPS, DHL and Delivengo are still operating and all packages are being shipped respecting all health measures.

Any changes to your return & refund policy?

For any delays longer than the estimated delivery date, please contact our agents on the chat. We will evaluate the situation and  provide the best solution possible. If there was a printing problem from our lab or if your Pops are damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days. We'll offer you an immediate refund or reprint.

Our return policy remains the same: as your Pops are personalised memories, you can't return them if you don't want them anymore.
